In an unusual move for me, I upgraded from AirPods Pro to AirPods Pro 2, but the difference was much bigger than I'd usually expect for a single version update. The usual good stuff: - Super tiny, and tough and pocketable in their case. - Very comfortable, and they stay put pretty well when in my ears. - Noise cancelling is pretty good - better than the only things I've tried, but I've heard there are others that do a bit better. - Sound passthrough is amazingly good - feels totally natural. The bad: - They still do the thing where sometimes one just hasn't quite made contact to charge, so it's empty when you want to use them. Doesn't take long to get a bit of charge in it, and these don't do it nearly as often to me as my older ones did. - Better noise cancelling would be nice, but it's decent enough most of the time, and apparently not far behind the best available.
